Guys, Has anyone had any luck using anything on a carpet to darken up a faded area? MY DOOR CARPET IS A FADED BLUE ,GONE LIGHTER THAN THE FLOOR. I would like to dye it but all I see on the web is paint based. Thanks kenyradios

Looking for something myself. I have used some of the paint based stuff and it doesn't last. Not worth the cost.

RIT clothing dye worked for me. lasted a long time! dumped it out in some hot water and used a scrub brush to put it on the carpet. Oh and make sure you wear gloves! I did not and had smurf blue hands for awhile!
