According to Jegs, a fuel gauge for chevy '65 and up is 0-90 ohms.

Thanks vetteonr, that confirms what my kid said. I have an old GM Vette shop manual and was surprised that i couldnt find out in it what it was. Tried searching thru Summit but kept coming back with an adjustable ohm range gauge and at 3 times the price. Thanks again vetteonr, will change my wishlist.

I have the Autometer GM fuel gauge in mine with no problems. 0-90 ohm is what I bought.

Very nice Palmbeachvette, my kid has a complete panel mounted in aluminum in his Cavalier, very sharp. I am goin with Sport Comp 90 degree sweep and was what I didnt like about the adjustable ohm range, it was a wide sweep, would look like the tank is goin empty by the mile. Thought about trans temp but with an M21 and just switched it to synthetic think its ok. Went with vacuum instead. Its on the wish list along with better weather. Need a bezel before I can go on anyway, mine is broken in the usual place.      bobsbuzz out in the snowy cornfields
