Question: I have a 1981  Vette. I was driving my vette when all the electrical current shut off. Engine died, nothing worked. Towed it home. The battery is new and fully charged. Is there a fuse or fuseable link that shut down power? Any help would be appreiated.

Is there a fuse or fuseable link  that shuts down all the electrical current. Nothing works, headlights with key off, ignition, radio. Not getting any power what so ever.

There are 2 fusible links down by the battery terminal on the starter. Good bet that's where your problem is hiding.
